Excercise 17


My exercise this week after my horses have had a jumping free week.
In 5 days showing again in Sharjah Club,and  i have chosen a fitness / strenghtening  exercise on the circke, that makes the horse have to use the outside hind leg at most, which again strengthens the weak hind leg by more practice on the the weak side and less on the strong one.
A great exercise that I use a lot of.
To start I warm up on smaller circle over the kavaletti.
I end the session to ride single fence on the angle.
