MEET ANITA SANDE

Biography

For 9 years i was working for Paul Schockemöhle in his competition yard in Mühlen Oldenburg, Germany. This is a competition yard that is recognized worldwide as one of the best.

 

I was training young horses up to GP level, show jumping horses at international competitions and at auctions (AOS,PSI), stallion selections, the World Breeding Championship for young horses and the German Championship.

 

i have participated in the German Championships 5 times and achieved a 3rd place as my best result.
While working at this competition yard, i was trained by Paul Schockemöhle and Joseph Klaphake.

 

Anita Today

In 2012, I moved to Rome, Italy. In order to be able to compete on a higher level. And then to Dubai, UAE for an environment with higher level shows and good weather, and until now it was the best decision I ever made.

 

I was number 600 on the world ranking in 2020 with only 8 international jumping shows a year, Thanks to my amazing 2 horses! The shows in Dubai are as good as in Europe, but the classes and the riders are faster.

Training

During this period, I also worked with my own clients for training. i have trained the siblings Joy and Jasmine Chen (Taiwan). Trained from 2002 to 2006 in both Germany and Taiwan. Joy and Jasmin were both placed in the Asian Games and went on to participate in the Olympic Games.

 

I also run my own training centre located on the outskirts of Stockholm in Sweden, from May 2008 until the end of 2011. I have successfully trained horses and participated in many competitions.

Products

I began creating and making my own products in 2013 having struggled to find a suitable saddle for my long legs! Furthermore, it was an ongoing struggle to find good balance over a fence and my concentration was exhausted having to keep my balance on the horse, a job the saddle should normally do.

 

By recognising what is needed most through my own experiences, I continue to create saddles of the highest quality, ensuring peace of mind for the rider. I pride myself on the best saddles available on the market.

    Anita teach summer season in Europe and riding the winter season in UAE

MY “FOR CASH”

At the moment I am the very proud owner of an amazing horse by the name “FOR CASH “. I bought him in Germany, during a visit looking to buy other horses, but when I first laid eyes on “FOR CASH” in his box, it was LOVE from the first sight!

I proposed if I could see him perform under the saddle, but I was told that he had recently been castrated so it would be a problem jumping him. But I just knew this was the horse for me so I pleaded “please just let me see this horse perform once “! And finally, I was able to see him performing brilliantly – AND YES! I bought him !

(without having the money, of course ) But I received the financial support I needed from my dear brother Tommy and of course my dear parents who have always supported me and my (sometimes) crazy ideas!!! With this horse I just know I will be able to reach my next goal!!! That is IF I can still manage to turn down the people offering BIG money for this horse!!! But I also know that money can’t buy happiness!!! Today Cash still goes strong Sixteen years old.
